In this release we moved to a new SDK version and fixed some issues:

This version is all about bug fixes and leveling up – security style.

Warning: Please make sure you have saved the Master password (seed phrase) for restoring your wallet before updating to version 2.8. Settings → Safety protection → Master password

We improved work with the keychain. Please note, some users may encounter an "Incorrect PIN code" error when opening the app. Log out and restore the wallet to reset the PIN code.

TON Surf App Beta 2.6

Just Block It!

Invite more friends to the beta test. We have expanded the number of testers by an extra thousand. You can also now transfer Tons from alternative wallet clients using your base64 address, which has been added to Settings → Safety protection → Address and keys

TON Surf App Beta 2.5

Buckle up!

Surf and Devnet got leveled up! Experience the new transaction speed, it's really something else.

We are also officially announcing Surf Web beta. Help us find whatever problems there might be with the web version. Don't forget to tag them #bug or #suggestion in the Surf tester's chat.

⭐ What are the new features?

  • Added Touch ID/Face ID to unlock the app and send coins. Settings → Safety protection → Lock method

👍🏼 Improvements

  • All messages in the notification center on Android are now cleared once you enter the app via a notification
  • Optimized application performance

🐞 Fixed

  • Fixed address validation in the Send screen
  • Fixed inaccurate balance total after switching networks
  • Fixed minor UI issues
  • Fixed some other minor bugs
💡
To maintain privacy, notifications no longer show previews of events in Surf. Instead they will now tell you if a message or transaction has arrived.

P.S. This is still early access, so unexpected behavior is expected.

Where is my Main?

Free TON Mainnet support is obviously the most important part of this release.

Switching from Devnet and back is now available •••• → Settings → Advanced Settings → Developer Mode. This does not affect chat conversations in any way, but only active network transactions will be visible.
